On behalf of the Lyris APAC team, I am proud to announce that we have won a prestigious award from the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) – New South Wales National Finalist in the Digital Marketing Award category.
According to the AMI, Lyris’ entry demonstrated marketing excellence and a high degree of innovation. The entry recognises how our client Harvey Norman has made effective use of Lyris’ digital platform to improve its commercial performance by being able to tap into behavioural data to improve customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through various marketing strategies.
Since partnering with Lyris, Harvey Norman has been able to grow its marketing database, improve its email marketing metrics, extend customer loyalty and in-store sales performance across digital channels, and lay the groundwork for significant gains in revenue and return on marketing investment going forward. Lyris is now through to AMI’s National Awards. The winner of the 2013 AMI Programme of the Year will be selected from the national category winners. This is the highest accolade in marketing in Australia. The winner will be announced at the AMI Awards ceremony on 16 October at the Hilton in Sydney.
Ramak is Regional Director for Lyris APAC, and has responsibility for nurturing and growing Lyris’ business in Australia, New Zealand, and the Asia Pacific region. Her experience is working with leading retailers with traditional marketing focus and helping them transition and develop digital strategies to ultimately increase engagement and online conversions from automated marketing initiatives. Ramak has over 15 years of experience in marketing, having gained insight from working with leading Global IT software and hardware vendors, and in marketing and sales disciplines for both direct B2B, B2C, and channel organisations.
