Working behind the scenes, customer service reps are often a company’s unsung heroes. But recent events have us belting out a different tune at Lyris.
Our customer support team is proudly taking a second turn in the spotlight since winning a Silver Stevie Award for outstanding customer service at the 2014 American Business Awards banquet last Friday in Chicago.
This award, in the Customer Service Department of the Year category for Computer Software companies with 100 employees or more, comes on the heels of Lyris’ recent recognition as Customer Service Department of the Year in the Computer Software category at the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.
